These classes offer a complete, full body strength and flexibility program designed to increase your level of fitness in a fun, safe and inclusive environment. Our focus revolves around adherence to basic functional movement patterns like pushing, pulling, hinging, squatting, rotating, and carrying.  We combine a blend of floor exercise, circuit training and equipment to keep workouts fun, fresh and well rounded.  Exercises are tailored for individual needs. Classes are currently available only upon request.

Private Fitness Training

Working one-on-one with Steve is a safe, fun, and effective way to begin or transform your fitness journey. Whether your goals are weight loss-based, sports-driven, or simply to improve stability and balance, personal training can provide you with the education and fitness experience necessary to meet your goals. Personalized instruction emphasizing correct form and technique, combined with safe progression plans, not only reduces the risk of injury but can advance goal achievement faster, safer with longer lasting results. Most clients commit to a minimum of 4 sessions to achieve desired results.

SUP for fitness

SUP Fitness with Steve & Sea Trek

Steve’s. SUP fitness classes offered through Sea trek in Sausalito combine cardio and strength training with plenty of time to absorb the mental health benefits that come with being on the water. The goal of this class is exercise while having fun with a group of people. Some paddling experience is required, but you don’t need to be “fast” to join this class. While we will paddle strongly to get our heart rate up, we will also slow down at times to take in our surroundings. Currently available upon request.
